WHAT IS CRUISE CONTROL?
Cruise Control puts your MiniTruckin’ order on autopilot. Choose Presale or Collector, and your order will automatically process with each new bi-monthly issue.
WHEN WILL I BE CHARGED?
You’ll be charged when you first sign up and then automatically as each new issue comes around every other month. You are not paying for an entire year upfront.
IS SHIPPING INCLUDED?
No. Shipping is calculated separately and charged with each Cruise Control order based on the delivery address.
WHAT IS PRESALE CRUISE CONTROL?
Presale Cruise Control gets you the exclusive Presale cover + poster.
WHAT IS COLLECTOR CRUISE CONTROL?
Collector Cruise Control is for those who want the whole set. With each new issue, you’ll receive both the Presale Edition and Retail Edition — giving you both covers and both posters.
IS CRUISE CONTROL A YEARLY SUBSCRIPTION?
No. There’s no need to pay for six issues upfront. Cruise Control processes one issue at a time as each new MiniTruckin’ release comes around.
CAN I SKIP AN ISSUE?
Yes. Cruise Control is designed to keep you in control. You can manage your Cruise Control through your customer account.
CAN I PAUSE OR CANCEL CRUISE CONTROL?
Yes. You can pause or cancel Cruise Control through your customer account. Changes must be made before your next order processes. Once an order has processed, that order cannot be canceled through Cruise Control.
CAN I CHANGE MY SHIPPING ADDRESS?
Yes. Make sure your shipping information is updated before your next Cruise Control order processes. Updating your address after an order has already been created may not change the address on that order.
WHAT HAPPENS IF MY PAYMENT DOESN’T GO THROUGH?
If your payment fails, we’ll automatically retry it. You’ll also receive an email so you can update your payment method or retry the payment through your customer account. After repeated failed attempts, your Cruise Control may be canceled.
CAN I SWITCH MY CRUISE CONTROL OPTION?
Yes. Purchase the new Cruise Control option you want first. Once your new Cruise Control is active in your account, cancel your previous Cruise Control. This ensures your new Cruise Control is set up correctly before the old one is removed.
DO I STILL NEED TO ORDER EVERY TIME A NEW ISSUE GOES ON SALE?
Nope. That’s the whole point. Once you’re on Cruise Control, your future issues are handled automatically unless you skip, pause or cancel.
DO I HAVE TO BE ON CRUISE CONTROL TO BUY MINITRUCKIN’?
Not at all. You can still purchase individual issues when they’re available. Cruise Control is simply the easiest way to make sure you don’t miss the next one.
HOW DO I MANAGE MY CRUISE CONTROL?
Log into your customer account and select Cruise Control to view your upcoming orders, skip an issue, pause or cancel, and manage your account information.
